The name, Ambitious City, was coined back in 1847. Suggesting that Hamilton had ambitions far exceeding its talents. When in fact, the Ambitious City was the perfect name for a community with great potential, as it also goes for this soon-to-be brewery.

Hamilton is a hard-working, underdog of a city, known for its grit and character. This brewery will have all those qualities, reminiscing on the past and cheersing to the future.
